Rajasaurus narmadensis

Late Cretaceous Period (~67mya), India

An abelisaurid theropod dinosaur found in the Lameta Formation. My image here might be a bit of a speculative departure from the dinosaur's typical environment, but one can imagine an individual may have wandered into uplands that fed the river systems in which fossils were eventually preserved.
